Steps to find the solutions when the Kindle Fire SD is not recognized.

The common issue where the Kindle Fire SD card is not recognized, the content in the microSD card may become inaccessible permanently or simply it does not appear sometimes so we are going to list down some of the solutions to this problem.

Step 1:- The first solution is to fully charge the Fire tablet with the original cable and the charger

Step 2:- Hold down the Power button for 40 seconds to perform a force reset,  then connect to a wi-fi network and then wait for a few seconds.

Step 3:- Then if there is any available update once it is on, it will update by itself.

Step 4:- The update will be shown automatically on the PC  and Laptop if the updates are available for the Amazon Fire & Kindle Software Updates page.

Step 5:- When you see the SD card is not recognized turn the tablet off and remove the Microsoft SD card. Afterward, replace it carefully and then try it again.

Step 6:-  If one laptop or PC then do visit Amazon’s Manage Your content and the Device page. Take a look at the listed devices and make sure that the device is registered.

Step 7:- You should make sure that you are registered on the Kindle Fire by swiping down from the top of the screen and then tap Settings> My account>Register. If it is not registered you can try it again and then register.

Step 8:- One can try to look into the Settings>Storage>SD card and toggling some content categories.

Step9:- If all these steps it does not work then turn the tablet off, remove the SD card and slide it into the PC and Laptop. Afterward, back up the files and then reformat the card.

Step 10:- If you’re using the window you will want to right-click on the card and choose format, then pick FAT32 or exFAT.
